Aboriginal rock art in the Anbangbang Gallery of Nourlangie Rock, Kakadu. The drawings are made in the famous X-ray style. The figure on the left is Namandjolg who broke the incest laws and became Ginah, the Great Saltwater Crocodile. The figure on the right is Namarrgon, the Lightning Man. He carries the lightning as a band around his shoulders. Stone axes on his knees and elbows provide the thunder. | |
