A very young joey saved from the pouch of
its dead mother. The mother was killed by another car. We took it to the
hospital in Wiluna, where they helped us keeping the joey hydrated...
...We then took it to Ann Backhaus of OWLS, a
further 500 km down the road...
...The joey is now well cared for, and growing
quickly.

KANGAROOS.
DO NOT GIVE PROCESSED FOOD TO KANGAROOS.
KANGAROOS ARE PROTECTED ANIMALS; BRING THEM
TO A WILDLIFE CENTRE FOR PROPER CARE.
